In fact, it seems to me that you can allow it positively, even if 5 Turkish citizens work for you at the time of application (but this is not certain).

   INCOMPLETE: there is one moment that is incomprehensible to me, if you are the only founder and are a director and do not hire 5 Turkish citizens, then how does your company even exist?
