As a rule, an advance payment or deposit will need to be paid to the real estate agency at the moment you have made the decision to buy. At the same time, you should be given a document stating that you made the payment.

   Registration and execution of the transaction is carried out in the period from 10 days to a month, depending on the season when you decide to make this purchase. Unfortunately, the Turkish government makes the purchase and registration process more difficult every year. Therefore, it is unlikely that anyone will be able to tell you exactly the timing.

   Important point: The final payment for the property is made by the buyer to the seller, when the property is re-registered. The transaction must take place in "Alanya Tapu Sicil Mudurlüğü" this also needs to be remembered. As a result of the transaction, you receive a TAPU (title document for the property).
