STEP 3everything that we said and chose, the accountant entered into the system. What kind of system and where I did not go into details, since I do not plan to conduct accounting activities, especially since I do not plan to register companies myself (although the idea is not a bad one). But, as far as I understand, the data was sent to the tax authority, justice and the chamber of commerce and industry (Alanya Ticaret Ve Sanayi Odası - I will write further on the CCI).

Contrary to the prevailing opinion that the Turks are behind in digitalization and in general in electronic document management, I will say that this is not at all the case. It’s just that most of the digitalization system is available only to citizens of Turkey, for yabanci (foreigners) access to many functions is simply closed (in fact, I think this is how it works in all countries, but this is not accurate).

So, after talking with the accountant for a couple of hours, we finished things for that day and we were told that confirmation would come within a couple of days and we would have to come with a partner for registration to the business center where the CCI is located. As for the time, I wrote the way it went with us, yours may be longer or shorter. Unfortunately, there are days when the system "stupid" and "freezes", I attribute this to the fact that all the time someone is working on it and simply updating its capabilities. Maybe I'm wrong, but I like to look for positives, even in sometimes negative situations.

STEP 4on the appointed day, it happened to us a day later (it also depends on the accountant's employment, because you are not his only client) we went to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As it turned out, everything that needs to be printed and copied in the right quantities, our accountant did himself. Therefore, we came lightly with the originals of our documents (passport, kimlik, ikamet), and our accountant with a couple of dossiers. I think he just made 2 copies, but this is not accurate (maybe more). I was surprised that there were not so many people in the CCI, there was no crowding and crushing. It turned out that the queue system at the Chamber of Commerce was organized, for example, we arrived at the time and date assigned to us by SMS. As a result, we didn't have to wait long. We managed to drink tea in the "mess" and our turn came. An employee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry approached us and at the counter we signed a bunch of some documents (just kidding). Documents as usual, nothing new, statements, decision of the founders, articles of association and all that. In general, the usual set of documents required for registration of a legal entity in any country.

From the moment of signing, you will already know the tax number and BIN of your company. In the same place, at the box office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, you pay duties and fees for registering a company. I did not write the amount, because it depends on the calculated indicator, and taking into account the growth of inflation, it changes "by leaps and bounds." Therefore, at the time you read this post, it will not be relevant and will not clarify the picture for you. By the way, be sure to collect checks - these will be your first expenses of the company.

I forgot about one of the important points: at the time of signing documents at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, you must have a sworn translator who will translate the meaning and text of the documents you sign. At the same time, a sworn translator must be licensed (this goes without saying) and he must also be registered with the CCI. That is, anyone from the street "will not give a ride." You will pay him (the translator) separately yourself. I invited a sworn translator already familiar to me, if you do not have such acquaintances, then an accountant will help you find him (as a rule, they have such acquaintances) or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry can provide him. The whole difference is only in the amount that you have to pay a sworn translator, otherwise there is nothing tricky in choosing a translator.
